What personal data do we collect?
Through the website and the tools connected to it, we may collect the following types of data:
- Personal and contact data: name, affiliation, email address.
- Survey responses: the answers you provide to survey questions. Depending on the survey, this may include demographic information (e.g. age, gender, nationality or similar categories) and personal opinions or preferences.
Why do we collect your data?
We collect your data for the following purposes:

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you choose to withdraw, please note that any data processed up to that point will remain lawful.
How do we store and protect your data?
Your personal data are stored securely within the European Union (EU). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that your data are protected against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encryption, access controls and regular security checks.
In particular:

We will not share your data with any third parties unless required by law, necessary to address your enquiry or necessary to fulfil the objectives of the KINETIKA project. We do not collect information for commercial purposes.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice. After the conclusion of the KINETIKA project, or when the data are no longer required for analysis, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
